They were very patient with my hundreds of questions, and came by multiple times to drop off samples of different floor types. They wanted us to see the floor in different lighting and in different areas of the house so that we would be sure the floor was exactly what we wanted. Grant advised us on the pros and cons of various floor types, and helped us pick a floor that would be lower maintenance than our previous floors. They ensured the floors all came from the same lot, and also had a new sample dropped off from the same lot that our real floors would be from. This was to make sure the floor was to our liking, since sometimes there can be a slight variation from the sample we picked from and the actual installed floor due to the difference in lots. The floor that arrived was exactly the same as the sample we chose from. The crew that Grant and Julie had to install the floors were amazing. They worked quickly and did quality work. We are so happy with our new floors and look forward to using Divine 5 Flooring for our next flooring project! read less

Plan went from 3 rooms to almost the entire house and I recall them leaving to pick up the materials on the spot before the supplier ran out. After that we consulted with them multiple times regarding flooring projects and Grant thoroughly explains his process and reasoning. I actually reached out just a few months ago with a bunch of questions about problems I was having with flooring a new project in AZ. He walked me through the process of how to fix the problem, spot it before it happens next time, and ended the call with the usual "Take care, call me if you need anything (and he means it)" There are a multitude of companies out there to choose from and I have yet to find another that is as knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward as Divine 5. We were extremely upset and overwhelmed, and then we met Grant and Julie. A friend spoke highly of their work so I reached out to Grant, and I am SO glad I did. Grant and Julie immediately stepped in and offered their help in any way they could. They went above and beyond in the planning process, helping us pick out the perfect flooring for our bedrooms while also being compassionate and understanding of our situation. After choosing the carpet, they stayed in constant communication with us, giving us updates about installation and answering any questions we had. Their attention to detail was so great. After the installation was complete, they even called the following day to make sure we were happy and had no concerns about our new flooring. While they were at our home, I shared that I had dropped my blender and chipped a piece of tile in the kitchen. Julie ran out to her car, came back in with wood markers, and they made the chip disappear--and this is not even a room they were replacing flooring in!
